The interior of the main unit features a highly stable, modular compartmentalized design that keeps the optical path within the chamber sealed and dry, ensuring that the receiver and circuit board modules are shielded from the surrounding electromagnetic environment to eliminate interference with the acquired signals;


The optical motion components consist of an electromagnetic drive system and precision mechanical guide rails, providing vibration resistance and resistance to temperature drift to ensure the instrument’s durability and long-term stable operation;


The instrument employs a prism-type Michelson interferometer with a new three-dimensional precision adjustment mechanism for the objective lens assembly. It features multi-layer moisture-proof sealing and real-time monitoring of internal temperature and humidity, ensuring long-term stability and durability;


The use of an external isolated light source module and a large-volume heat dissipation chamber design provides the instrument with higher thermal stability and consistent optical interference performance, with an operational range of 9600–50 wavenumbers;


Temperature-stabilized, high-sensitivity detector; the KBr crystal is encapsulated with a moisture-proof film, achieving a transmittance of over 92%. The high-transmittance crystal ensures transmission efficiency and detection accuracy in the core optical path;


Equipped with a solid-state semiconductor laser, driven by a constant-current source in conjunction with a PID temperature control system. Combined with a unique optical path design and self-calibration functionality, this achieves superior wavenumber repeatability and detection accuracy, with a service life exceeding 10 years;


Features a multi-layer germanium-coated potassium bromide beam splitter, ensuring higher energy transmission efficiency in the core optical path, more accurate beam splitting, and more precise detection results;


EMC Electromagnetic Interference Protection Module: The instrument is equipped with a built-in EMC electromagnetic interference protection module that meets EMC electromagnetic compatibility design standards, protecting the instrument from electromagnetic interference, effectively reducing external electromagnetic radiation, and enhancing operator safety;


Dual-mode intelligent temperature and humidity monitoring modules are available, offering visual and controllable monitoring. The intelligent modules provide both visual and audible dual-alert warnings, implementing a dual-protection early warning mechanism against moisture to ensure the instrument remains in optimal condition over the long term;


Chinese annotation of spectra, spectrum search and comparison functions, self-diagnostic functions, spectrum auto-addition functions, and spectrum matching analysis functions; Includes tools for peak marking, spectral difference analysis (four arithmetic operations on spectra), and smoothing; features peak height and peak area calculation tools; supports standard file formats and provides a library of no fewer than 200,000 standard infrared spectra;


Supports upgrade to a tablet-based wireless control system, enabling remote operation of the device via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth wireless communication; facilitates mobile testing and office work, meeting user needs across a wider range of scenarios.
