- Instrument Overview
Leveraging its two decades of experience in the R&D and manufacturing of Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) spectrometers, Tianjingangdong Technology has developed a thermogravimetric-Fourier-transform infrared (TG-FTIR) coupled system in collaboration with leading global manufacturers of thermogravimetric analyzers. This system integrates the quantitative analysis capabilities of TG with the qualitative analysis capabilities of FTIR, making it widely applicable in fields such as polymer science, pharmaceuticals, and the chemical industry. It is capable of performing qualitative analysis on gaseous products generated during curing and cross-linking reactions, decomposition of substances, or other reactions. It can also serve as a rapid testing system for rubber and a rapid analyzer for automotive component materials.
In this solution, the Fourier transform infrared spectrometer used is the Tianjin Gangdong Technology FTIR-850 model, which is compatible with third-party thermogravimetric analyzers. Additionally, it allows for the upgrade of customers’ existing FTIR-850 Fourier transform infrared spectrometers or third-party thermogravimetric analyzers to a TG-FTIR coupled system
- Instrument Introduction
