- Instrument Introduction
Colorimetry encompasses disciplines such as physical optics, visual physiology, and visual psychology. Since issues related to color measurement arise in many fields, it is imperative to incorporate this subject into university curricula. The WGS-8 model we have developed builds upon the original WGS-9 colorimetry experimental setup by adding the capability to measure the colorimetry of light sources. This fills a gap in colorimetry education and provides a high-quality, cost-effective experimental setup for laboratory use.
