The F-380 Fluorescence Spectrophotometer is a research-grade molecular fluorescence instrument independently developed by Gangdong Company. It is the only product in China capable of high-speed 3D scanning and phosphorescence testing. Its core components are sourced from international suppliers, ensuring stable performance, powerful functionality, and user-friendly operation. Key performance indicators such as sensitivity and signal-to-noise ratio meet the standards of comparable international products. It is widely used in food safety testing, materials research, environmental monitoring, and other fields, making it suitable for customers requiring a broad sample testing range and high performance standards. It can also be used in fluorescence material upconversion efficiency measurement and analysis systems.



- Product Features


(1) Integration of Multiple Spectroscopic Technologies


· Brilliant Holographic Concave Grating Optical System


Co-developed by Gangdong Company and a renowned U.S. firm, this system is manufactured and supplied by the U.S. company using original designs. It features lower stray light, higher resolution, and superior testing resolution.


· Chopping System Architecture


The chopping system’s design employs a multi-CPU collaborative control architecture to achieve high-precision control, ensuring the accuracy of phosphorescence measurements. By leveraging the long lifetime of phosphorescence, this method completely eliminates interference from Rayleigh, Raman, and stray light, making it ideal for trace-level measurements.


· Phosphorescence Measurement


It can measure phosphorescence lifetimes as short as 1 ms and is applicable to various sample types.


· High-Speed 3D Scanning and Rapid Fluorescence Localization


The 3D fluorescence scanning function enables rapid localization of fluorescence information in unknown samples. High-speed scanning reduces analysis time for unknown samples and improves work efficiency. Color 3D spectra further enhance the visual appeal of academic papers.


· Synchronous Fluorescence Method


Enables constant-wavelength synchronous fluorescence spectral scanning of the sample. Constant-wavelength synchronous scanning reduces fluorescence peak overlap in multi-component samples, narrows the spectral line, and minimizes the impact of scattered light


(2) High Sensitivity, High Speed, High Reliability


· Highest Sensitivity in Its Class


A unique optical system design, combined with digital signal processing technology, delivers a higher signal-to-noise ratio, easily meeting the testing requirements for high-resolution and ultra-trace samples.


· Reduced Sample Requirements


A unique horizontal slit design applied to both the excitation and emission beams enhances detection sensitivity while reducing the amount of sample required.


· High-Speed Scanning


Faster scanning speeds, combined with an advanced data acquisition system, capture a wealth of data points during high-speed scanning, ensuring the authenticity and accuracy of the test spectra


· Light-Shielding Protection System


The excitation side is equipped with a light-blocking shutter to reduce sample exposure time and protect light-sensitive samples; the emission side features a gated shutter to prevent direct exposure of the detector to intense light, thereby extending the detector’s service life


(3) Ease of Use


· Dual Background Subtraction


The software workstation features dual background subtraction. During sample testing, users can select different buttons based on the specific test background to subtract the background noise. The software then directly calculates the fluorescence intensity and concentration of the sample solution.


· Extensive Fluorescence Accessories


A variety of practical accessories are available, ranging from solid sample holders, automatic 8-cell sample cell racks, water bath temperature-controlled magnetic stirring sample cell racks, and polarization accessories to a fluorescence water bath temperature control system, assisting customers in solving a wide range of analytical application challenges


· Audit Trail Function


The instrument’s accompanying software features a “three-level access control” system, meeting the testing requirements of the National Pharmacopoeia
